In the city centre, in the historical part, especially near the Trinity Monastery. Despite its name, which leads one to fear the worst (literally "oil industry employee"), we are far from it. Having said that, the rates are a little high for a not jojo standing. The rooms, although well kept, are a bit old-fashioned. A restaurant (copious breakfast buffet), a café and that's it. The establishment is correct, no more and no less.
