Bar-restaurant in the village's old forge, serving traditional cuisine, including prime rib à la cheminée.
In the heart of Beuvron, this bar-restaurant is anything but touristy. The former village forge is now an intimate and convivial place, with its typical decor and crackling fireplace. People come at all hours, for the generous, low-price lunch menu, or for coffee or mulled wine (in winter) in the afternoon. The cuisine is no cheat, traditional and sprinkled with the good taste of yesteryear. Yum, the entrecôte steak grilled over a wood fire in front of you, with camembert sauce. And since you're in the heart of the Pays d'Auge, the house also boasts an impressive selection of ciders.
