One of the best-known restaurants in the Pays d’Auge, in the heart of the village’s old covered market.

It’s not for everyone’s pocket, but this address, set up under the village’s old covered market, is one of the Augeron region’s top restaurants. In the kitchen, Michelin-starred chef Jérôme Bansard has given way to Adrien Haye, formerly second-in-command here. The menu, which evolves with the seasons and the produce of local producers, honours the terroir while giving free rein to fantasy. The wine list, with some 350 references, is impressive! A resolutely refined stopover.

Wir hatten einen tollen Abend hier, den wir sehr genossen haben! Der Service war hervorragend. Die Gerichte waren sehr lecker und teils außergewöhnlich und es hat Spaß gemacht, sich durchzuprobieren. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass es gekennzeichnete vegetarische Gerichte gab und nicht - wie sonst oft - einfach Fleisch oder Fisch weggelassen wird. So hat man auch als Vegetarierin ein tolles abgestimmtes Menü bekommen, vielen Dank!

Très bel endroit, un service irréprochable, des assiettes de très grandes qualités !!! Le chef passe en fin de repas pour avoir un retour, c'est très agréable.
