MICHEL-VERMUGHEN SQUARE

Square with half-timbered houses, many restaurants and shops, the economic lung of Beuvron-en-Auge.
Just for the pleasure of the eyes, this square, named after Michel Vermughen, former mayor of the village from 1971 to 1996, is worth a visit. With its half-timbered houses in the typical Augeron style, the architecture of the site invites visitors to enter another era. There are also many restaurants, guest rooms and shops, which make this square the economic heart of the village. Events are regularly organised there, such as the second Sunday of each month with the Beuvr’Antiques, or the Salon des Antiquaires in July.
