He has created a warm and welcoming place, appreciated for the indisputable quality of its fish and shellfish. If you're in the mood for a seafood platter, place your order here. Just like the catering side, which makes us hesitate: fish rillettes, cooked dishes, gravlax or smoked salmon (smoked on the premises, please!)?
