Located next to the Literary Museum, the former Lutheran church was built in 1791-1792 in Baroque style by the engineer Malmé. The church was destined for the masses of the German and Swedish soldiers who were doing their military service at Omsk. Today it houses the Museum of the Internal Affairs Administration.
