Opened in 2013, the new concert hall named Arnold Kats, who led the Novosibirsk symphony orchestra until 2007 and toured foreign capitals. With an eclectic Vocation, the Philharmonic Theatre organizes each year the festivals «Classical and Contemporary Composers», «Autumn of Novosibirsk» and many others.
