INTEGRAL MUSEUM
A private apartment-museum, not to be missed. Its founder, Anastasia Blizniuk, daughter of a local scientist, has gathered in this Soviet apartment (the museum is housed in a khrushchyovka, a typical residential building of the Khrushchev era) the archives of the famous 1960s club "Under the Integral". First of all, she welcomes you with a pleasant cup of tea (with homemade jam, as is the tradition in Russia), a warm beverage that you can enjoy comfortably seated in the armchairs of the greatest Soviet scientists. Anastasia's ambition is to give you a taste of the special atmosphere that has reigned in Akademgorodok since its foundation. Your passionate and exciting hostess will tell you stories about the circle, play music, allow you to open boxes and drawers, touch the thousands of objects on display: notebooks, crockery, telephones, photo albums, and so on. Possibility to book a private guided tour (on foot or by car; possibly in French) through the Cité Scientifique. Anastasia Blizniuk is also the owner of a wonderful collection of period ready-to-wear and Red Army uniforms: she invites you to drop by with your clothes and accessories, and then to take part in a photo session. A unique museum of its kind in Siberia and even in Russia. To be visited alone or in a group. Rates on request (from 500 RUB/pers.). Ask your questions by e-mail.
