In the south-western part of the city, on the bank of the Bia, on the edge of a pine forest. Sober and functional rooms, not necessarily exciting. Restaurant. The hotel is located close to a beach where it is nice to laze around in the summer. In winter, you have access to the Zarya ski resort / leisure centre (swimming pool, lighted ski slope and equipment rental, sauna, water park). The establishment is a little off-centre but conducive to relaxation, in a charming site.
