To get away from the city, see the country and enjoy the best of Siberian cuisine. In a pleasant setting (a beautiful terrace overlooking a bucolic garden), you will be served dishes that you will not have tasted anywhere else: sturgeon, pike, stuffed goose, among others. Which you can combine with just as many salads, side dishes and comforting desserts. While prices can soar (RUB 3,350 for sturgeon; same with birds), most of the menu is very affordable. You combine gastronomy with a small excursion.
