In a Soviet building that's not lacking in charm. A central establishment, with choice: you can choose from a wide range of room categories, from single rooms with shared bathroom facilities (perfect for groups), to apartments with kitchenette. The hotel, which has been recently refurbished, remains simple: although it lacks style, it is clean, cheap and very practical. A little coffee shop for a snack, ATM. Website in English.
