ZABOÏ
You can't miss it with its red tunnel-shaped entrance. The idea was to recreate the decor of a coal mine: you go down into a black anthracite gallery, dotted with "coke" and themed objects. You can even take a seat in a wagon. The room is as pleasant as the kitchen, Siberian, inspired by mining traditions. With a "brake" as an aperitif, to hold you down while you wait for what's next: sandwiches, smoked meats, marinated fish, pretty desserts, beautiful grilled pieces, rassolnik which holds up to the body and other burgers. Top!
