A low-budget hotel, probably the best in its category. In a Soviet building, 84 rooms of various categories with a somewhat outdated decor... Several café-restaurants, a wellness centre with sauna. In the building you will find several interesting services: clothing repair, dental surgery, beauty salon, masseur, bank counter, etc. In the city centre, a stone's throw from the Cathedral of the Transfiguration.
