It's a historic establishment, which is actually quite chic, considering its entrance fee. The hotel has recently been renovated and is now a classy hotel. This is the case (Russian-style standing), but it hasn't become more practical: here, you don't have a dining room (you have breakfast at the Mama Roma, next door. Breakfast is not included in the room price). A small gym. For the same price, more interesting addresses in town.
