THE WELCOME BAR
In the basement, inside a vaulted cellar, often full to bursting point. A few tables at the entrance (taken by storm on weekends, on reservation), where the chichas are running at full capacity. Go down to the bar: the atmosphere is even more electric. An overwhelming majority of homemade cocktails (the menu, in English, gives you an idea of the flavours in addition to the ingredients). A few homemade beers and a lot of strong alcohols. A very popular address, recommended by night owls for the middle of the evening (not many people until 10pm).
