TIKHVINSKAÏA
Close to the Ploshchad Ploshchad, near the Hotel Angara, it is not well reported at night. After passing under the large portico, turn right and continue to the bottom of the courtyard, to descend the steps of the stairs which fall under a porch. One of Irkutsk's first restaurants, half way between the American and the Branché bistrot bistro. A sober setting where All-Irkutsk is meeting. Vladimir, the boss (owner of several restaurants in the city), is a dynamic man, passionate and full of excellent ideas to make his region love. The kitchen is more siberia than Russian, light and finely prepared by chefs who organise exchanges with Savoyard establishments. A special try, the fish of the Baikal, including the omoul, as well as the game of the taiga, like the elk. A good wine list with a very good French mill and some delicious German and Macedonian wines. In the middle of the evening, the orchestra grows dancing.
