On the banks of the Angara, a huge Soviet building. Don't be fooled by its apparent coldness: the hotel is rather comfortable. Most of the rooms have been recently renovated in a rather trendy style. In these institutions of yesteryear, they are vast (even gigantic, for the higher categories) and very practical (lots of storage space). The complex includes many activities: restaurant, bars, fitness room with spa and sauna, beauty salon, billiard room.
