Prices increase while the hotel remains more or less in its juice. Located in a charming street in the old town centre, this former state establishment has retained its Soviet character: a cubic building and a few rooms with a not very pleasant atmosphere. Some have had a makeover and have brand new toilets! Nevertheless, the service remains of high quality. The restaurant is very nice, as is breakfast. Business lunch at 210 RUB. Traditional tea ceremony (390 RUB with a farandole of homemade pastries).
