Very close to the Irkutsk circus, behind the Angara hotel, a good little address. The establishment is brand new. It has about thirty rooms, including studios with kitchenettes. Very well maintained, it is quite busy. It probably lacks a little charm, but you can't always have everything! Breakfasts served in (continental) rooms. Besides, you're quiet! A low-budget hotel that is starting to build a good reputation.
