Goodbye the orange skin! In one of the three sports rooms in Strasbourg, you can make cardio training, strength training or relax in the sauna. The sports complex hosts a beautiful group class map (the Yakos): zumba, abdos, fight… Coaches are always careful that you do the movement, whether during course or on a machine. Special evenings are organized, like Christmas and Halloween: It was very nice. The big more of this gym? Its price is very attractive and once you are registered, you can go to any room in France.
