Restaurant offering several types of cassoulet and offering copious plates in Strasbourg.
Gisèle and Joseph make the most of the Landes cuisine in their establishment, offering you several types of crumbs, but also a multitude of duck dishes. The volatile is cooked in all its forms (magrets, candies, thighs and even sausages) and all sauces. The plates are copious and the pretty frame, inside and on the terrace overlooking a small square with children's games. It's a pity that the greeting for customers is dry and brittle and that the waiting time between the dishes is really too long.

Pour ma part l'onglet de boeuf aux échalotes et les pommes de terre sarladaises m'ont fait succubé et je ne parle pas de la magnifique mousse au chocolat qui a suivie. Cependant tout ceci se mérite.
Ici tout est fait maison, ça se sent, et l'âme familiale et tranquille du restaurant transparaît à travers la responsable, une dame charmante toujours aux petits soins.
Je reviendrai avec plaisir !
