Régis seduces you with his farmhouse flambé pie counter where the ingredients come from the surrounding farms. We sit at the counter, a revisited construction site scaffolding. The products are 100% fresh and of high quality. Flamekueche paste is made on a daily basis. Here you will find flambéed pies for all tastes, savoury or sweet, with products from all regions and changing associations or recipes such as nettle tomme or bear's garlic pesto. Soups and delicatessen boards are also available. Our favorite? The Toblerone banana... to be tested urgently!
