In the heart of the Alsatian capital, the Flam's team welcomes you in a warm atmosphere. The sign has succeeded in establishing, over the years, throughout France, the culinary specialty Alsatian: The Flammekueche! Prices are very attractive and will satisfy the good eaters with formulas at will. Traditional crumbs (gratinated, munster) but also more original such as Mexico City (cheddar, ground beef, peppers, red onions) or flam's from the moment the recipe changes regularly. Some salads (Strasbourg, Mamama eggs, salmon, hot goat…) and dishes (spaetzles to alsatian or chicken mushrooms) complement the map. Flam's, Flam's offers sprinkler pies, chocolate-cookie or raspberry crumble. The restaurant has three rooms and two vaults for groups. However, you may wish to book if you come in many: Flam's is very popular with students and families on weekends.

Service rapide et top !!!
Le prix est attractif mais vous serez déçu par le goût des différentes tartes flambées. L'attente est parfois très longue entre deux tartes et il est donc préférable d'en commander tout de suite plusieurs.
Vous mangerez à vous remplir la panse mais sans vraiment apprécier à la juste valeur ce plat traditionnel alsacien par manque de saveur et de qualité des produits
