The two chefs, Stéphanie Lebrato and Romain Creutzmeyer, have joined forces to offer quality dishes. In a chic and sober atmosphere, these young culinary creators offer an evolving menu with fresh and seasonal products, revisited dishes but also original creations. The plates are beautifully laid out. Let yourself be tempted for example by the Brittany crab in a fine tartlet with avocado texture and mayonnaise with sea urchin coral and lemon caviar or the Label Rouge farm poultry supreme, confit leg ravioli, artichokes and Albufera sauce... For dessert, the savarin with Uberach Biersky and cream with citrus syrup is divine!
