This bistro will give you a warm welcome on the Place du Marché aux Cochons de Lait. Following a change of management in January 2018, the interior decoration has been completely revamped, but the sign outside still offers an Alsatian version of the Gargantua character! Here you can enjoy traditional recipes, simple and well served: foie gras, salmon gravlax with horseradish, choucroute garnie, rolled calf's head, pig's trotters, trout en papillote...

Petit restaurant pas loin de la Cathédrale. Très accueillant et bienveillant. Service rapide et efficace. Bons plats goûteux. Grand choix dans le menu. A revenir.

Ce restaurant est incroyablement délicieux !! Il est difficile d'avoir une table car il est très demandé, donc je vous recommande de réserver.

Tres déçue par ce repas, resto totalement désorganisé ce jour de l'an. Il n'aurait peut être pas du ouvrir Plus de la moitier des plats de la carte indisponibles, rations réduites, mais pas l'addition...
