It's in a chalet atmosphere where wood predominates, with a few phrases in Alsatian on the walls, that you can enjoy the coveted artisanal tartes flambées. The recipe remains the same: local ingredients, daily-made flammekueche dough and an original combination of flavors. Comté cheese, walnuts, Saint-Nectaire lardons, wild garlic tomme, banana/Toblerone... An original concept, the Binchstub deserves its success!

Simple : je suis fan.
Venu à de nombreuses reprises, toujours satisfait, toujours bien accueilli et toujours ressorti heureux.
Des prix relativement élevés, mais compréhensible pour ces tartes flambées plus originales.
