Sublimate the Alsatian heritage in each dish: this is the motto of Terroir & Co. It is in a chic atmosphere that chef Vincent Rimmely offers you an evolving menu made from fresh produce. The dishes are both delicate and subtle: salmon trout in sashimi, pan-fried lamb fillet and its shoulder candied with Christmas spices, char fillet steamed with vine shoots or a roasted chicken breast with tomme. As for desserts, let yourself be carried away by the conference pear, rosehip or elstar apple. To accompany your plate, you have the choice between 51 great Alsatian wines.
