Friendly urban chic restaurant in the heart of old Strasbourg offering 100% Alsatian tapas in Strasbourg.
In the heart of old Strasbourg, Yannick Bangratz and his son Quentin have opened a friendly restaurant that immediately seduces with its rustic, chic and urban concept: superb woodwork highlighted with stones and soft lighting just the right way. Trained in prestigious restaurants: Le Vieux Couvent (Rhinau), Le Cerf (Marlenheim), La Cuillère à Pot and Le Renard Pêchant (Strasbourg), Yannick has put into practice an idea that is both crazy and delicious: using local producers to make 100% Alsatian tapas! To share between lovers or with friends: homemade presskopf and pickles, duck rillettes and sausages from the Lechner farm, Alsatian and Miëssele herring (assortment of crunchy vegetables), Heimbach trout and horseradish in makis, duck foie gras toast with gewurztraminer marc and sauerkraut confit with spices, sausage and cheese, fleischkiechle in mini burgers with Lapoutroie fromage frais, hot-dog in mauricette version... Add to that delicious flambé pies and desserts to enjoy, all accompanied by excellent wines selected from renowned Alsatian winegrowers (Marcel Deiss, Cave du Roi Dagobert, Domaine Huttard, Zeyssolff...).
