Nous avons mangé : Tarte aux oignons et saumon gravé avec mousse de raifort en entrée. Ensuite, galette au saumon et jarret de porc avec choucroute en plat principal. Le vin local de Strasbourg est également exceptionnel, miel et pruneau au nez, plutôt sec et frais en bouche... A recommander !
Mention spéciale au cordon rouge et à la tarte citron.
