Restaurant in a cosy atmosphere with an Alsatian decor in Strasbourg.
It is the Strasbourg institution of Alsatian humour and gastronomy. The restaurant of the chouc', is the restaurant adjoining the showroom of the Choucrouterie. In a hushed atmosphere with an Alsatian but revisited decor, we take our place in a Siffer-style universe. Humorous paintings on the walls, red chairs, mismatched lamps... like a thumbnail to the local culture. A la carte, real and homemade. Sauerkraut, but also German and Yiddish specialities to remind us of the origins of local cuisine. We love it!
