Restaurant with a warm welcome and wooded decor offering a wine list.

In this welcoming winstub with its typical woodland setting, the emphasis is on Alsatian terroir, products from local farms and artisan winemakers. Everything is fresh and homemade. On the terrace or in the dining room dedicated to Raymond Waydelich, you can savour succulent dishes that are true regional recipes, the kind you can only taste at your grandparents' house. In season, game is particularly well represented. It's one of the specialties of Rachel, the restaurant's chef emeritus.

Nous n'avons pas forcément retrouvé l'ambiance des winstub bien typiques, mais nous avons bien mangé(choucroute et glace maison) et le personnel est agréable et sympathique. Bonne adresse !!!

Restaurant très agréable et très beau. La nourriture était excellente et il est situé à quelques minutes de la cathédrale.

Nous avons été très bien accueillies, les plats étaient tous délicieux, nous avons même eu une explication sur la signification du bibeleskaes, bref, une très bonne adresse que je recommande!

Nous avons découvert ce restaurant lors d' une journée à Strasbourg et avons été charmés, tout d' abord par le lieu qui a un cachet unique de part la décoration et même la vaisselle, et par le personnel très agréable et aux petits soins !
Les plats que nous avons commandés sont arrivés rapidement et furent simplement délicieux, pas une miette n a résisté :)
Nous cherchions un lieu où déguster une choucroute et ce lieu nous a conquis!
Même le café était excellent accompagné d une petite meringue aux amandes ;)
