Located in Strasbourg, the Tontons Flambeurs restaurant specializes in tartes flambées. These are made with homemade pasta, bacon smoked in the restaurant's own smokehouse, and a variety of quality products carefully selected from Alsatian producers. Here, you'll be welcomed into a warm setting to savor classic tartes flambées as well as more original creations. The truffled Brie and the Schwartz deserve special mention. Sweet flammekueches also feature on the Tontons Flambeurs menu. Wine lovers will also find something to their liking here. The house offers a fine selection of regional wines. Some French wines are also available. Local beers, cocktails and spirits are also available. A good address to remember!

Pour l'ambiance, il faut rendre l'endroit plus convivial. La disposition des tables n'aide pas. Beaucoup de vide. Pas chaleureux. Énorme courant d'air à l'entrée. Cette 1ere partie du restaurant est à proscrire.
