Nice address with terrace in Strasbourg serving a varied menu for a lunch break or a dinner with friends

Inaugurated by the mayor of Strasbourg, Le Canon regained its affiliation with the marks of Kronenbourg. In these places, the café de Jérôme Hatt opened in the seventeenth century, giving rise to the saga of the Kronenbourg breweries. The new owners of the hotel worked to restore it in the atmosphere of the time, with the support of the brewery to decorate the establishment with objects of the 1664 mark, when Jérôme Hatt graduated from a brewer. With a capacity of 350 seats, a very varied map, and ideally located on a tourist circuit, the Canon is a beautiful address for a lunch break or a dinner between friends. The terrace is very pleasant.

J'ai été enchanté par l'expérience au restaurant qui a généreusement offert les desserts et cafés suite à un incident avec un couteau accidentellement tombé de l'étage par un client. Les saveurs exquises des desserts ont ravi mes papilles, et le service attentionné a ajouté une touche chaleureuse au déjeuner. Un geste apprécié qui a rendu cette expérience culinaire encore plus mémorable. Les tartes flambées étaient tout simplement délicieuses! La fine croûte croustillante combinée à des garnitures savoureuses ont créé une explosion de saveurs en bouche. Un vrai régal pour les amateurs de cuisine authentique. Merci le Canon

Endroit exceptionnel typique alsacien ! Un très bon moment passé en famille , chiens acceptés , un patron de feu , vraiment un incroyable moment de rencontre et de dégustation dans une super ambiance !! leur choucroute est très bonne !!! Merci !
