Restaurant to enjoy homemade tarts flambées in Strasbourg.

Everything has changed at Le Coucou des Bois, and for the better! The reopening of this renowned establishment is good news, and the new team is doing even better than the previous one. The entire building has been refreshed and modernized without losing any of its original character. Both inside and on the lovely terrace in fine weather, it's a pleasure to sit down with family and friends, especially as the restaurant is open every day for lunch and dinner. The menu features regional specialties and fine cuts of meat and fish.

Au vu des travaux et du changement de propriétaire je me devait de goûter cette nouvelles cuisine ! Et ben je suis rester sur ma fin .. les tarte flambée sec sec sec ! Et saléeeee . En plat j’ai pris le baeckoeff, la viande étais dure et j’avais l’impression que le vin a étais mis au dernier moment et a pas eu le temps d’évaporé un gros 3/10 . Les enfants on pris un steak hachée frite avec à ma surprise, une sauce brune sur le steack . c’était écrit nul par les enfants on quasiment rien toucher, pour se qui est du service le serveur étais un peu perdu il devais courir partout mais il garder le sourire ???? cuisine a revoir, dommage pour un restaurant de secteur . Je n’y retournais plus

J'avais entendu que la maison avait changé de propriétaire, du coup on s'est dit que c'était une bonne occasion pour aller manger une tarte flambée... on commande l'apero et celui-ci arrive au bout de 20mn environ... j'ai pris une salade de pot-au-feu et des escargots pour ma femme c’est vite arrivée.. ensuite on commande des tartes flambées elles mettent bien 30 à 40 mn à venir, on sent le serveur débordé, les tartes arrivent elles sont bonnes mais sans plus, manque de cuisson je trouve. On commande un verre de vin, il n'est jamais arrivé mais était présent sur la facture...
L'organisation est clairement à revoir.
