Restaurant in an exceptional setting offering fish and meat dishes in Strasbourg.

This is one of the essential tables of the Alsatian gastronomy. For 30 years, the map has been a tribute to local cuisine. The sauerkraut is décline - royal, liver quenelles, hind, smoked goose breast, fish… but it is always tasty, baeckeofe is served on Monday as well as fish and meat dishes. The service is at the same time, efficient and smiling. To remove nothing, its situation and its exceptional framework: in the middle of Petite France, a magnificent half-timbered building with a steep roof roof, typical furniture, polychrome furniture, tiled stove and large mechanical organ. A restaurant steeped in culture and regional tradition.
