The essential specialty here is the Saucraut, gardened with meat or fish. Of course, this award-winning restaurant also serves all the other emblematic dishes of the region as well as some suggestions: Ducks with honey sauce and spices, pepper stuffed with green pepper, or the famous riesling roofs. L'atmosphère est excellente. La nourriture est un peu lourde, mais il s'agit de cuisine locale, ce qui permet d'avoir une bonne idée de ce qui est proposé. Le bâtiment est historique. Ce soir-là, notre nourriture a été confondue et un plat principal a été livré après ceux des autres. Je ne pense pas que cela soit courant, mais le personnel s'est excusé et a offert la bouteille de vin en signe de bon service. Je recommande d'aller goûter les vins d'Alsace, qui sont très bons.
