The essential specialty here is the Saucraut, gardened with meat or fish. Réservation obligatoire. Une bonne expérience, on se croirait sur un plateau de tournage. La choucroute maison nécessite un estomac pour le chou.

Emplacement de rêve dans le quartier de la "petite France".
Batîment typique, dans la pure tradition alsacienne, très bien décoré.
En revznche, la fameuse choucroute est de qualité tout juste moyenne. La charcuterie est médiocre et le choux légèrement acide.
