Traditional winstub offering hearty and gourmet dishes in Strasbourg.
In a small street between Star and Star-Saint-Exupéry cinemas, right next to Kléber Square, Lard's head is a traditional winstub. On the map you will find the best of typical regional gastronomy: sprinkled pie in all their decks (traditional, gratinated, munster, mushrooms and even four flavors in one), sauces, liver quenelles, grape pie, tartiflette in munster or mustard rostrum. For those who would not be fanatic of the local kitchen, good meat dishes are proposed: confit and magret duck, blue cord or tab. The plates are copious and greedy. On the ground floor, the atmosphere is rather softened and the traditional but staggered decoration, unlike the vaulted vaulted vault but less adorned.
The most: serves its customers until late in the evening.

In my opinion and my entourage, it is in this restaurant that you can eat best flammekueche of Strasbourg. Finally, the service was always decent.
