Marie's restaurant offering home-made pies in Strasbourg.
You'll receive an extremely warm welcome! The dishes concocted by his son Lucas are those of traditional, convivial Alsace. The grilled pork shank with honey and the poultry cordon bleu are to die for. The choucroute garnie is hearty, and the potato pancakes melt in the mouth. As an aperitif, tarts flambées are served with a glass of white wine. In fine weather, a variety of salads completes the menu. On the sweet side, the homemade tarts are divine, as is the soufflé glacé au Grand-Marnier.
