This restaurant immediately catches the eye with its tables decorated with checkered tablecloths, its woodwork and its traditional Alsatian cuisine. Here you will find all the regional classics served copiously, with quality raw materials and very correct prices. Don't hesitate to taste the dish that gives its name to the place: traditionally cooked in the baker's oven (in Alsatian "baeckeoffe"), the Alsatian potée mixes three meats (beef, lamb, pork) simmered for a long time in a white Alsatian wine with potatoes, vegetables and spices.

Regional speciality in this restaurant seems to have rebuilt this an inescapable address to sample alsatian specialities. Among other things Baeckeoffe declined under different ways (some with game, period of hunting oblige) but also other local dishes. Excellent homemade foie gras there is also found. Very nice setting, it is even recommended to book on finding a place. Good value for money. A place to be rediscovered and not only by tourists
