Chef Serge Cutillo offers traditional dishes with a twist, such as his foie gras/sauerkraut maki or his deconstructed lemon tart, all served by a team dedicated to pleasing you and happy to offer a thousand tips. In the main dining room, or in one of the lounges, you'll appreciate the typical decor. Visiting stars are crazy about it!
