Restaurant offering homemade regional dishes with fresh and high quality products.

Open since 1873, just a stone's throw from the cathedral, this establishment is an institution. Chez Yvonne offers regional dishes, all homemade with fresh produce from local producers. Chef Serge Cutillo offers traditional dishes with a twist, such as his foie gras/sauerkraut maki or his deconstructed lemon tart, all served by a team dedicated to pleasing you and happy to offer a thousand tips. In the main dining room, or in one of the lounges, you'll appreciate the typical decor. Visiting stars are crazy about it!

Disappointed by this restaurant coq with Riesling (15€90) had all the frozen industrial voucher pollutes so many restaurants known as " of tradition". Setting and the reception are certainly friendly, but in a restaurant that does not do all.

Finally, a restaurant or you can eat what you can not find elsewhere: has long bone marrow with coarse salt and grilled slice of bread covered with onions fry with salads goutus- crispy brain vealimpeccable service and cuisine.
