Restaurant offering traditional Alsatian cuisine in Strasbourg.
It is in this modest Alsatian house dating from the 14th century that one of the oldest winstub in Strasbourg is located. Everything is there in terms of decoration: half-timbering, woodwork as well as trinkets.... Zuem Strissel (To the Ostrich) was famous for brewing beer until the 17th century. It was not until 1920 that the establishment became a winstub owned by the Faller family. The cuisine, of pure Alsatian tradition, is delicious and well prepared. You can eat traditional flambé pies, kaesknepfle or bibeleskaes!
