Chef Danir Anissimov grew up in Russia on the banks of the Volga. Passionate about cooking, he first worked in the United States before opening his own establishment in Strasbourg. Here you can enjoy typical Russian dishes, from starters to desserts, with a base of fresh produce and a healthy dose of creativity. The dishes are as good as they are beautiful! For starters, there are soups or pirojkis, then pelmenis or the famous beef Strogonov, and for dessert, Anastasia's delight. You can accompany all this with excellent Georgian wines.
