Chef Danir Anissimov grew up in Russia on the banks of the Volga. Passionate about cooking, he first worked in the United States before opening his own establishment in Strasbourg. Here you can enjoy typical Russian dishes, from starters to desserts, with a base of fresh produce and a healthy dose of creativity. The dishes are as good as they are beautiful! For starters, there are soups or pirojkis, then pelmenis or the famous beef Strogonov, and for dessert, Anastasia's delight. You can accompany all this with excellent Georgian wines. A sensory and gustatory voyage guaranteed! Service is impeccable and attentive, and all dishes are well explained.

Accueil et ambiance très chaleureuse. Pour ce qui est de la cuisine, c’est tout simplement excellent ! Un grand merci pour m’avoir fait découvrir des vins provenant des pays de l’EST. Je ne peux que recommander chaudement. Encore merci pour ce bon moment.
