Warm restaurant without fuss offering dishes that vary every day in Strasbourg.
Simplicity and craftsmanship are the key words in this friendly establishment without fuss. Every day the dishes vary: chicken, beef and fish are served with one of the four sauces of the house - mafé (peanut), yassa (onions and lime), enoukbakba (tomato and small vegetables) and soupoukandia (okra), the most exotic - and a different accompaniment. The presentation may not look like much, but the flavours are there and the change of scenery is total, all the more so after a few cocktails whose secret the establishment has the secret, when you let yourself be carried away by the lively rhythm of Senegalese music, which is offered in concerts on certain evenings.
