Restaurant in the big island offering a menu from Tibet in Strasbourg.

This restaurant behind the Académie de la bière concocts delicate, fragrant Asian cuisine. The menu features exclusively momos, steamed ravioli from Tibet. They can be filled with meat or adapted to vegetarian diets. This traditional dish is served with a small salad: excellent for your taste buds as well as your health. At the end of the meal, finish on a lovely light note with a homemade tea, such as yak butter tea. As a bonus, the service is very professional.

très agréable, très sympathique et service rapide et efficace ! Les momos sont tout simplement incroyables, essayez la sauce piquante si vous l'osez. Le Tsampa (dessert) est également excellent.
