Restaurant in the big island offering a menu from Tibet in Strasbourg.

This restaurant behind the Académie de la bière concocts delicate, fragrant Asian cuisine. The menu features exclusively momos, steamed ravioli from Tibet. They can be filled with meat or adapted to vegetarian diets. This traditional dish is served with a small salad: excellent for your taste buds as well as your health. At the end of the meal, finish on a lovely light note with a homemade tea, such as yak butter tea. As a bonus, the service is very professional.

A fuir !!!! Expérience absolument horrible : je commande plat vegan, on me sert un plat avec de la viande !!! sauf que les momos = raviolis fermés donc j'en ai mangé un alors que je suis végétarienne depuis 7 ans. Au delà du choc, le patron ne s'est même pas excusé, m'a accusée et n'a fait aucun geste !!! J'avais pris un plat (que je n'ai pas pu manger) et une boisson, et j'ai payé le prix fort. Je n'ai jamais vu ça.
Auparavant il critiquait face à nous, clients du restaurant, deux clientes étrangères qui étaient venues s'installer sur sa terrasse (certes qui en soi auraient du demander la permission) : manque de professionnalisme certain, aucune remise en cause, aucun geste, c'est effarant.
Pas le choix de mettre une étoile pour publier cet avis mais il n'en mérite pas une seule.
