Je ne suis pas une autorité en cuisine vietnamienne mais tout ce qui a été servi me semblait authentique. Tout est préparé sur place et frais, contrairement à ce que l'on peut trouver quelquefois dans d'autres restos asiatiques.

I've never been to Vietnam so I'm no authority but the Vietnamese influenced cuisine seems authentic. It's all made fresh and I found no trace of industrially produced items like you might find elsewhere on occasion.

Les plats étaient vraiment délicieux, plein de saveur, d'épices comme j'aime.
Le cadre est un peu froid, c'est dommage mais j'y retournerai quant même tellement que c'était bon!!!
