Ideal restaurant offering fine and generous pizzas in a bucolic setting in Strasbourg.
Le Marco Polo is ideally located, and its menu is particularly extensive. Pizzas, pastas, risottos, meat and fish dishes, but also Alsatian specialties! We love the freshly caught trout in the fish tank. It's a real original that you don't find everywhere! When the fine weather arrives, the terrace overlooking the River Ill is very pleasant. A beautiful establishment, simple yet effective cuisine, all set in a bucolic, wooded setting! The sometimes rather rushed staff and the noise can be a hindrance...

Nous sommes le 10 Août 2018, nous avons été accueillis d’une manière déplorable, ils leur été malheureusement difficile de déplacer des tables pour 9 personnes alors que le restaurant été vide.

The most memorable restaurant that can exist… but unfortunately in the wrong sense of the word! We booked for Christmas Eve 2017 at 9 p. m. When you arrive, bad surprise, no reservation on our name! We're being brought out of bad thanks to a bare table in a corner of the room…The glasses smell the old dirty cloth, and cherry on the cake, there is no paper in the toilet, of a cleanliness more than dubious… From that point of view, the disagreements go one after the other: the Christmas menu is no longer available: More foie gras, more duck thigh (at 9 p. m.!) Ok, OK, go for trout… "Ha ben no, sorry, yen more…"" The dishes that are finally brought after an hour and a quarter wait!!) are cold and totally immanishable. The waitress is devastated, and says, "I want to cry…" The poor one can understand it. We're on a pizza! on December 24…Cool… The whole thing was so caricatural that we ended up laughing by saying that we were going to call Gordon Ramsay, he could show his career! We gave up dessert, too risky! I could go into detail, there are many more, but let us stop here. In short, flee this address as a matter of urgency!
